All orders to UK mainland addresses are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. Your goods will despatch within 1-2 working days from order. Delivery is free on all domestic orders.
Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday*. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and all products will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering for delivery next day by post or courier.
Orders dispatched on Friday by courier will not be delivered until the next working day, as above, unless Saturday delivery has been specifically requested, a surcharge is applicable for Saturday or timed deliveries. Postal orders despatched on Friday may be delivered on Saturday.
Trade or lager orders will be dispatched via Parcelforce. Tracking numbers can be provided and a text message with the ETA will be sent to the customers phone number only if given when ordering. Postal orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Orders to the EU will take 3-5 working days by post and 2-7 working days by courier depending on the destination.
1.1 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders to the rest of the world will take 2-7 days by courier or post, certain restrictions apply.
We think you’ll love your Hubbly Bubbly product but if you change your mind or receive a faulty product, please read the information below and we’ll guide you through the process and repair or replace the product ASAP.
Please note that opened or used Hubbly Bubbly products that are not faulty will not be accepted for returns, refunded or replaced.
Changed your mind ?
Under distance selling regulations, you have up to 7 days to change your m ind and receive a refund for the product purchased. In the first instance we would ask you to email us at email@example.com
Our customer service team will send you a returns note via email, you put this in with the product to be returned. Once we receive the product we aim to process the return and refund you within 5 working days.
Please note the following if returning Hubbly Bubbly products for a refund:
1. They must be unopened, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
2. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged while being returned.
3. Postage costs will not be refunded for the return of the item.
Faulty or Damaged Item?
If you have received a faulty item, get in touch within 30 days, using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
Let us know what the fault is and we might ask you to return the product for repair or a like for like replacement.
If you receive a product damaged in transit (we don’t send out damaged boxes), sign for it as damaged and report it to us within 24hours of receipt. NB We cannot accept claims for damages after this time frame.
If you do return a product to us, we would advise you send it back via Royal Mail Recorded or tracked service for peace of mind. Hubbly Bubbly cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit. Responsibility for the product is yours until we have received and checked the items accordingly. If it is lost in the post you can claim the value back from the Post Office.
Where a refund is issued, it will be sent back to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase originally.
